Job Overview

The Member Services Representative will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

Pay Rate and Schedule
  • Pay rate: $15.00 Hourly
  • Schedule: Full Time, Monday - Thursday: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Friday: 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, 8-hour shift
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Handle all front desk activities including answering phones, checking members in, new member sign-up, tours, account updates, and responding to questions and concerns.
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the club.
