This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for more than just a customer service job. MSRs receive cross-training in multiple areas of electric utility operations, allowing employees to build expertise and expand their responsibilities over time.

You don't need to know everything on day one. We're looking for someone with a strong foundation, attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and an interest in developing broader skills and responsibilities over time.
Experience in accounts receivable, utility billing, collections, or customer service is preferred, but we also value candidates with transferable skills and the desire to grow.
Salary: $26 per hour
The Member Services department touches nearly every aspect of the member experience. For the right person, this position offers the opportunity to start with core Member Services responsibilities and progressively develop expertise in billing, collections, utility operations, and Cooperative programs.
