1. Performing your duties during your assigned shift to the best of your abilities.
2. Maintaining club cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere.
3. Staying proficient with the Planet Fitness mobile app and updates.
4. Completing all required training for safe and efficient operation.
5. Conducting regular audits to uphold club standards.
6. Performing walkarounds, cleaning, and re-inspecting tasks.
7. Balancing cash drawers daily.
8. Updating member information accurately in tablets and POS systems.
9. Enforcing company policies and addressing infractions.
10. Providing a safe environment for members.
11. Communicating effectively with members to deliver high-quality service.
12. Stocking retail and janitorial supplies for the next shift.
13. Resolving member issues and adhering to company standards.
14. Auditing inventory and collaborating with management on orders.
15. Staying current with certifications and training.
16. Participating in team meetings and promoting the club to prospects.
17. Supporting membership promotions and operational strategies.
18. Ensuring compliance with legal and insurance requirements.
19. Assisting members with amenities and representing the club at community events.

This role requires a minimum of 18 years of age, a high school diploma or equivalent, CPR and AED certifications (which can be completed within 30 days if not already certified), and the ability to stand for long periods. Strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. The position involves working in a fitness environment with physical demands, including lifting up to 75 pounds and standing for extended periods. Flexibility in hours, including evenings, weekends, and possibly overnight shifts, is expected.
