LIBERTY Dental Plan is hiring Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to serve as the front line in assisting our members. We are seeking to hire near our office located in Tampa, FL .

JOB SUMMARY

This position expected to provide excellent customer service to all incoming/outgoing callers and answer and document inquiries related to dental benefits , eligibility, provider information, claims, pre-estimates/pre-authorizations, grievance and appeals, fulfillment requests and other miscellaneous inquiries.

What you'll do...

  • Maintain a quality score of 96.5% or greater.
  • Review and respond to all email communications no later than 24 hours from receipt.
  • Conduct outbound calls and/or campaigns when directed.
  • Thoroughly document all customer transactions in host system.
  • Adhere to scheduled shifts to ensure optimal phone coverage.
  • Ensure compliance to all regulatory guidelines.
  • Safeguard and secure all PHI from misuse in strict accordance with LIBERTYs Information Security Policies and Procedures.
  • Follow safety guidelines outlined by LIBERTY Dental Plans Illness and Injury Prevention Program.
  • Respond to member calls regarding eligibility, benefits, claims status, fulfillment, and claims inquiries.

What you'll need...

  • Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service, call center or healthcare; prior healthcare or dental experience highly preferred
  • Excellent listening skills to appropriately handle calls
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and practices
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word)
  • Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred

LOCATION

Near one of our LIBERTY office location in Tampa, FL highly preferred. Our employees are distributed in office locations in multiple markets across the United States. We are unable to hire or allow employees to work outside of the United States.

COMPENSATION

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary for this position is $15.50 - $21.00, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at LIBERTY, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any, final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
