Base pay range

$40.00/hr - $50.00/hr

Responsibilities

A client with Kforce is seeking a detail-oriented Legal Tech Analyst (Risk Management Consultant) to support the development, automation, and operationalization of legal and compliance frameworks across jurisdictions. This role combines legal informatics, regulatory risk analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure policy logic and risk controls are accurately represented in digital systems. Ideal candidates will have experience with jurisdictional contract-logic mappings, compliance risk registers, and working with cross-functional teams to implement smart, scalable legal governance solutions. This role is remote. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document jurisdiction-specific contract-logic mappings for automation in legal and compliance systems
• Design and maintain compliance risk registers that align with legal obligations, industry standards, and internal policies
• Translate regulatory and legal requirements into structured logic for implementation in digital tools
• Collaborate across legal, compliance, and engineering teams to embed rules into business processes and workflows
• Monitor regulatory changes and update logic mappings and risk documentation accordingly
• Support testing, validation, and auditing of legal tech and risk automation platforms to ensure regulatory compliance and accuracy
  
  

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in legal operations, legal tech, compliance, or regulatory analysis
• Familiarity with jurisdictional contract requirements and legal rule structuring
• Hands-on experience developing or managing compliance risk registers or regulatory control systems
• Ability to transform legal documents and regulatory guidance into logical, structured formats
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Air table, Confluence, or CLM/GRC systems
• Strong communication skills and ability to operate cross-functionally
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in law, compliance, or legal informatics
• Exposure to legal automation platforms, smart contract systems, or rule-based engines
• Experience working with cross-border legal data or multi-jurisdictional legal frameworks
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
