Responsibilities

• Assist members with questions and a variety of account transactions.
• Initiate and process service orders for transfers, connects, disconnects, and maintenance.
• Resolve billing questions and assist with pay arrangements as needed.
• Balance cash drawers daily and process payments at the counter or drive-thru.
