Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of customer or member service experience
• Montana Notary Public commission or ability to obtain within required timeframe

Responsibilities

• Open and maintain memberships and accounts; process transactions and service requests
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies and procedures
• Assist members in person, by phone, and online; research questions and discrepancies
• Identify member needs and recommend appropriate products and resources
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and ensure member satisfaction
