Job summary

Responsibilities

• Take member loan applications in person or by phone for officer review.
• Process approved loans and schedule closings with disbursements.
• Assist members with new accounts and changes to existing accounts.
• Receive and process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Balance daily transactions with minimal errors and ensure policy compliance.
