• Clearly communicate loan alternatives, credit criteria, and required documentation to keep members informed and confident.
• Cross-sell additional credit union services and provide expert advice to enhance members’ financial well-being.
• Process a range of financial services, including membership applications, checking accounts, IRAs, and more.
• Address member inquiries and resolve issues, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Adhere to OFAC and Bank Secrecy Act requirements to maintain high standards of compliance.
