Job summary

Planet Fitness in King, NC is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support members, process sales, and promote fitness programs at the King club. This full-time role starts at $12 per hour with training shifts and opportunity for growth.

Shifts are 3-11PM Monday through Thursday, Friday 2-9PM, with weekend availability required. Training shifts: 11-5PM for 3-5 days. We offer PTO, health options, and opportunities for advancement within the team.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• High school diploma/GED preferred
• Must be 18 years old or older
• Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
