Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Part Time Member Services Representative in Lewiston, ID. You will be the first contact for members and guests, delivering friendly service and handling membership inquiries, sign-ups, and payments.

Responsibilities include front desk duties, tours for potential members, maintaining a clean facility, and upholding club standards. Candidates should be 18+, onsite, reliable, and able to obtain CPR/AED and tanning certifications.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work onsite; this is not a remote position.
• Commitment to cleanliness and creating a positive member experience.
• Must obtain CPR/AED Certification within required timeframes.
• Must obtain tanning certification within company required timeframes.
• MSRs must submit to a National Sex Offender Registry search.
• All Utah locations must participate in E-Verify.
• This position requires employee to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests professionally and provide customer care.
• Process memberships, cancellations and payments accurately.
• Assist with tours, sign-ups and membership questions.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the club.
