ICCU is seeking a member-facing Teller to deliver outstanding service and financial wellness support. You will handle a variety of transactions, provide information on services, and refer relevant products to members while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

The role emphasizes professionalism, adherence to branch schedules, and teamwork to meet service goals and branch performance standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of customer service or relevant experience required.
• Teller or cash handling experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions required.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of member transactions accurately and professionally.
• Provide general information about Credit Union services to members.
• Refer products and services to members when appropriate.
• Balance cash drawer, vault, and other cash handling devices.
• Process member check orders, wire transfers, and card-related transactions.
• Maintain confidentiality of member and Credit Union information.
