Qualifications

• One year of customer or member service experience required; financial institution experience preferred.
• Must be a commissioned Montana Notary Public or able to obtain within a set timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable, responsive member service and support across branch functions.
• Assist with account servicing, cards, digital banking, lending, and collateral activities.
• Support branch operations and administrative tasks as needed.
• Identify member needs and connect them with the appropriate department or staff.
• Adjust priorities based on member traffic, service queues, and staffing levels.
