Job summary
The Member Services Representative at Planet Fitness - Fitton Clubs is the first point of contact for members and guests, providing a warm, professional, and efficient experience. You will handle membership inquiries, process sign-ups, answer questions, and support a clean, friendly 'Judgement Free Zone' environment during daytime shifts.
This on-site role requires CPR/AED and tanning certifications, a positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to outstanding service.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Onsite work is required; this is not a remote position.
- CPR/AED Certification must be obtained and maintained within required timeframes.
- Tanning Certification must be obtained within required timeframes.
Responsibilities
- Greet members, guests, and prospective members professionally.
- Assist with tours, sign-ups, and membership information.
- Process new memberships, cancellations, and payments accurately.
- Respond to questions and concerns promptly and courteously.
