Responsibilities

• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting Walmart products and services.
• Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, ensuring the accuracy of orders and invoices.
• Completes work assignments by prioritizing tasks, communicating progress, and adapting to change while following policies and guidelines.
• Complies with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics by applying the Open Door Policy and collaborating with team members to deliver value to members.
• Act with Integrity and put the customer first, delivering results and making decisions based on reliable information while seeking improvements.
