Job summary

Walmart Inc. and Sam's Club facilities are seeking team members to deliver excellent Member service, process memberships and assist with purchases while upholding safety standards. You will handle order fulfillment, assist Members in finding products, and participate in company-wide safety practices and policy adherence.

The role emphasizes providing information on Membership benefits, promoting products and services, and achieving Membership goals in a busy retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and promoting Walmart products and services.
• Completes orders by processing Fax n Pull and Click n Pull tasks, scanning items, packing, palletizing and ensuring accuracy of items and invoices.
• Follows safety standards and reports unsafe conditions; participates in safety sweeps and proper handling of hazardous materials.
