• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits.
• Processing Memberships upgrades and credit accounts.
• Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders and ensures order accuracy.
• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member and resolving issues.
