Job summary

Sam's Club in Augusta, GA is hiring to support Membership, promote Walmart products and services, process upgrades and credit accounts, and participate in sales events to meet Membership goals. Responsibilities

• Develops and supports Membership by explaining benefits, promoting products and services, and assisting with upgrades.
• Maintains facility safety by following safety standards, conducting safety sweeps, and reporting unsafe situations to management.
• Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders with accuracy, packaging, and timely delivery to Members.
• Collaborates with managers and other partners to prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and implement improvements.
• Provides Member service by identifying needs, helping with purchasing decisions, locating items, and resolving issues.
