Job summary

Sam's Club in Clearwater, FL is hiring a front-end associate to deliver member service, process purchases, and maintain checkout areas. You will resolve member issues, promote products, and assist with self-service tech and payments according to policy.

You will also help with safety, merchandise placement, training of frontline associates, and ensuring a safe, clean shopping environment while delivering a positive member experience.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment such as cash registers.
• Experience working with mobile retail applications.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service and resolves member issues.
• Maintains the checkout area and processes member purchases.
• Promotes Sam's Club products and services and assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Guides members on self-service technology and ensures a safe shopping environment.
• Assists with training Frontline Services associates on processes and new programs.
• Maintains paperwork and complies with company safety standards.
