RadNet, Inc. is seeking an Operations Associate to support hospitality, fitness and facility operations at the club. You will greet guests, assist with memberships, reservations and customer service, while upholding cleanliness and a positive, professional attitude.

The role includes reception duties, light food/beverage support, and helping maintain safety and cleanliness across various club areas. A proactive, team-oriented approach is essential, with flexibility for day/evening shifts.

Qualifications

Experience in hospitality or related service roles is preferred.
Strong customer service mindset and professional attitude.
Excellent verbal communication and conflict-resolution skills.
CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet members and guests and verify membership at the Club entrance.
Check in members, process registrations, and handle guest fees as needed.
Book appointments, program and class reservations, and provide facility info.
Deliver superior service to members, guests, and Associates to encourage repeat visits.
Operate the reception desk duties, including payments and cash handling.
Support food & beverage service and event spaces as required.
Maintain cleanliness and safety in work areas and public spaces.
