Job summary

Sam's Club in Frederick, MD is seeking a Customer Service Associate to help members, guide self-checkout and product decisions, locate merchandise, and resolve issues on the sales floor.

In this role you’ll support leadership by supervising associates, training staff, and ensuring policy compliance, safety, and accurate merchandising. The position offers full-time hours, weekend shifts, and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 6 months retail experience and 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging needs, guiding self-service technology, and assisting with purchases.
• Assist with supervision of associates, assign duties, train on processes, and support policy compliance.
• Receive, stock, and organize merchandise; set up displays; process returns and signage.
• Maintain safety by following procedures, conducting safety checks, and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Lead and participate in team activities to meet goals and deliver excellent customer service.
• Oversee club pickup orders and ensure correct staging according to policy.
