Job summary

Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. is seeking a Member & Loan Service Representative (MLSR) to service APCI FCU members in person, by phone, mail, online, and via digital channels. You will support teller transactions, and help promote share and loan products while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Associate's degree in business or finance is preferred.
• 3 years of loan services or financial institution experience is preferred but not required.
• Credit union experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and time management are required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and demonstrate understanding of APCI FCU products and services with ability to explain to members.
• Represent APCI FCU in a courteous and professional manner.
• Open, modify and close deposit products: savings, checking, money market, shares and IRAs.
• Process Traditional and Roth IRA requests and transfers.
• Perform financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cashier's checks; balance drawers and complete end-of-day reports.
• Possess knowledge of loan origination and servicing; explain amortization schedules.
• Maintain confidentiality of member information and support loan/membership growth.
• Understand APCI FCU regulatory requirements and participate in meetings supporting strategic initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
