Job summary

Air Products is seeking a dedicated Member & Loan Service Representative (M&LSR) to assist APCI FCU members in person and through multiple channels. You will support everyday teller tasks, promote loan and deposit products, and help ensure accurate cash handling and compliance.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, confidentiality, and knowledge of APCI FCU services, with opportunities to grow in a diverse financial service environment. On-site work in Allentown, PA is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong customer (member) service skills.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable service while ensuring member confidentiality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as intermediate proficiency with Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of APCI FCU products and services with ability to clearly explain to current or potential members.
• Represent APCI FCU in a courteous and professional manner which supports APCI FCU’s mission and reputation.
• Open, modify and close all types of deposit products such as savings, checking, money market, share certificates and IRA’s.
• Process Traditional and Roth IRA requests, including contributions, distributions and transfers.
• Perform financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and issuing cashier’s checks.
