Job summary

Air Products is seeking a proactive Member & Loan Service Representative to service APCI FCU members across channels and support teller operations. You will maintain member relationships, process deposits, withdrawals, and IRA activity, while ensuring confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within the Member Services Team. Onsite work in Allentown, PA is provided with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Associate’s degree in business or finance preferred but not required.
3 years of loan services or financial institution experience preferred but not required.
Credit union experience is preferred but not required.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.

Responsibilities

Develop understanding of APCI FCU products and services and explain them clearly to members.
Open, modify and close deposit products including savings, checking, money market, and IRA accounts.
Process Traditional and Roth IRA contributions, distributions, and transfers.
Perform financial transactions: deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cashier's checks.
Balance cash drawers, complete end-of-day reports, and resolve out-of-balance conditions.
Maintain confidentiality of member information and support lending and marketing activities.
