Job summary

Pioneer FCU in Meridian, ID is seeking a dynamic Account & Loan Processor (Member Services Representative) to greet members, set up new accounts, respond to questions, and assist with loan applications.

You will process loan disbursements, explain electronic services, and support cross-selling while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in all member interactions. A high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of similar or related experience.
• High school education or GED.
• Excellent public relations and client service skills.
• Ability to explain services and assist with loan applications.
