Job summary

Pioneer FCU is seeking a dynamic Account & Loan Processor (Member Services Representative) at the Mountain Home Main Branch. The role welcomes members, explains services, opens accounts, and assists with loan applications.

Proficiency with Pioneer’s electronic channels including home banking and mobile apps is preferred. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and starting compensation around the listed hourly rate, with incentives for bilingual candidates and ongoing training

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of similar or related experience.
• High school education or GED required.
• Excellent public relations, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Credit Union services and products; organized and precise in recording information.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members and potential members with Credit Union needs; explain services and set up new accounts.
• Assist with loan applications; process loan disbursements and direct to appropriate team members.
• Promote electronic and video services and utilize Pioneer online channels; support other team members.
