Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interview and qualify members for loans of all types within policy.
• Assist members with opening new accounts and VideoChat transactions.
• Cross-sell ICCU products and services.
• Maintain Core Values and provide courteous, accurate service.
• Process member wire transfers and respond to questions promptly.
