Responsibilities

• Assist members with membership, accounts, and basic lending needs including opening memberships, consumer loans, IRA accounts and business accounts.
• Reviews and analyzes member's financial situation to provide education and solutions.
• Open new accounts and loans with accuracy and confidentiality and ensure compliance.
• Respond to member requests with timely follow-up and maintain notary guidelines.
