Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year related experience and/or training or equivalent combination.
• Familiarity with credit union computer systems for basic input/output tasks.

Responsibilities

• Sell/cross-sell products and services based on member needs to meet goals.
• Process financial transactions: accounts, deposits/withdrawals, checks, CDs, etc.
• Assist members with account inquiries and service access.
