• Identify opportunities to deepen relationships by recommending products and services that fit needs.
• Research and resolve account discrepancies and service issues within established authority.
• Establish new membership and deposit accounts and manage consumer lending from application to funding.
• Train and support other Member Specialists and assist branch leadership with audits and operations.
