Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three months cash-handling experience; minimum six months of customer service, retail, or hospitality experience.
• Financial services experience preferred. Spanish speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional member experiences by listening, asking thoughtful questions, and providing value beyond the transaction.
• Maintain knowledge of products and digital channels to educate members on online banking and digital payments.
• Deliver service by listening to needs and offering personalized solutions, addressing concerns and coordinating with internal teams.
• Identify opportunities to refer members to appropriate business partners and financial specialists.
• Process routine member transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, checks, transfers, and account maintenance.
• Support member retention by resolving concerns and escalating when necessary.
• Maintain security and controls over cash, instruments, and authorized transactions within limits.
• Assist with day-to-day branch operations, opening/closing procedures, and audits.
