Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two-year college degree preferred.
• Minimum three years’ experience with monetary transactions.
• Experience coaching or training others preferred.
• Spanish speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted member relationships through consultative conversations, needs-based recommendations, and follow-up.
• Identify opportunities to deepen relationships by recommending products, services, digital capabilities, and lending solutions.
• Research and resolve account discrepancies, service issues, and escalated member matters within established authority.
• Establish new membership and deposit accounts and manage consumer lending from application through funding.
• Train and support Member Specialists I and provide day-to-day guidance.
• Support branch leadership with audits, balancing functions, overrides, cash and vault activities, and other operational duties.
• Review and approve preapproved and instant loan approvals within assigned limits.
• Identify operational trends and opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
• Escalate matters requiring leadership attention to mitigate risks.
• Represent Noble Credit Union in the community through events and outreach.
• Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
