Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 months cash-handling experience.
• ≥6 months customer service, retail, or hospitality experience.
• Financial services experience preferred.
• Spanish speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional member experiences by listening actively and asking thoughtful questions.
• Promote digital channels and educate members on online/mobile services.
• Process routine member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers.
• Provide personalized solutions and refer to business partners as needed.
• Maintain security and assist day-to-day branch operations.
