Job summary

Wescom-Credit-Union in California is seeking a friendly Member Service Representative to provide consultative help on credit union products and services. You will assist members with memberships, accounts and loan applications while promoting Wescom offerings.

You will handle daily teller tasks, deposits, withdrawals and transfers, ensuring accuracy and compliance. NMLS licensing is required, and training and development opportunities are available to grow within the branch.

Qualifications

• High School graduate.
• Previous financial industry and customer service experience preferred.
• NMLS registration is required and must be maintained.
• Notary Public licensing is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative services to members regarding credit union products and services.
• Process day-to-day member transactions including deposits, withdrawals and transfers.
• Assist members with memberships, loan accounts and services and complete required documents.
• Promote Wescom products and services and refer members to in-branch specialists.
• Support loan processing including auto/personal loans, credit cards and home equity pre-approvals.
