Job summary

Notre Dame Federal Credit Union (ND FCU) seeks a Float Member Service Representative to support Edison Branch in Mishawaka, IN. The MSR will float to other branches as needed, handling depository and loan transactions while delivering high-quality member service.

Responsibilities include profiling members, cross-selling products, processing loans, opening memberships, and maintaining accurate cash handling. AHS-educated staff with strong communication skills is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years related experience, able to function independently.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Notary Public (current registration).
• NMLS Registration (preferred, location dependent).

Responsibilities

• Profile members and cross-sell appropriate products to meet members' needs.
• Respond to inquiries about depository and loan accounts and services.
• Process loan applications and documents; close loans and assist with options.
• Open new memberships and service existing memberships and accounts.
• Balance cash drawer and perform teller duties as needed and maintain accuracy.
