Responsibilities

• Profile new and current members and cross-sell bank products to meet needs.
• Respond to member inquiries about deposits, loans, and account features.
• Process loan applications, document handling, and transaction research.
• Open new memberships and service existing accounts.
• Balance cash drawer and maintain accuracy in transactions.
