Responsibilities

• Correspond with members via phone, email, online chat, and written communication to uphold high service standards.
• Actively seek lending, investment, and mortgage referrals.
• Meet or exceed sales, balancing, and member service goals.
• Assist members with electronic paperwork and loan-related tasks as needed.
• Promote the credit union’s products and services to support branch goals.
