Qualifications

• Sales orientation and member-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with telephone requests and answer questions about products and services.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and meet sales goals.
• Manage iBanking inquiries and e-sign packages.
• Explain lending options and process online loan applications.
• Review credit reports, verify data, and submit loan applications.
• Educate members on iBanking and ePayment services.
• Perform other related duties as requested.
