Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: A high school diploma.
• Experience: 1–3 years in a customer service or loan department of a credit union or financial institution.
• Skills: Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with analytical, cross-selling, and supervisory abilities.

Responsibilities

• Actively develop competency in dialogue-banking, needs analysis, and consultative selling.
• Develop understanding of services offered by CUSO partners and make referrals as appropriate.
• Assess and confirm understanding of member needs and provide detailed information on accounts and lending products.
• Balance cash drawer, vault, and monetary instrument inventory; supervise as required.
• Be assigned to multiple branches or satellite offices as needed.
