Job summary

Qualifications

• A high school degree or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous member service and respond to inquiries.
• Process and disburse consumer loans within authority.
• Process account transactions and assist with opening/closing accounts.
• Advise on account management, balance management, and credit improvement.
• Assist Spanish-speaking members when applicable.
