Job summary

Great NorthWest Federal Credit Union is seeking a Member Services Specialist to open new personal and business accounts, handle loans, and support the main lobby during peak hours.

This role involves educating members on credit union products, using the CRM to deepen relationships, cross-selling lending solutions, and assisting in meeting lending goals. It is a non-exempt, full-time position with hourly pay between $19.50 and $24.50.

Qualifications

• Provide outstanding member service across Credit Union business.
• Educate members on Credit Union products, loans and card services.
• Cross-sell lending products and support lending goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide an outstanding level of member service in all aspects of Credit Union business.
• Practice a positive attitude with members and team members.
• Utilize the CRM program to deepen member relationships and identify opportunities.
• Conduct loan interviews, complete loan applications, and facilitate loan signings.
• Handle account maintenance, fraud and dispute resolution, and AML compliance.
• Act as Financial Advisor for the Credit Union once certified.
• Open and maintain all types of accounts and support branch operations.
• Ensure timely account approvals and maintain new account queues.
• Provide video and in-person services for members and prospects.
• Meet deadlines for tasks, training, and professional development.
