The Little Gym International is seeking a Head of Sales & Hospitality in Seattle to lead the inquiry-to-enrollment journey and deliver a five-star member experience for families at The Little Gym of Columbia City. You will blend sales drive with warm hospitality, guiding families from curiosity to enrollment while coordinating with coaches and front desk teams.

You will be essential in hitting enrollment and revenue targets, supervising front desk staff, and ensuring a welcoming, organized gym

Qualifications

• 1+ years in sales, member services, or hospitality with a track record of hitting enrollment or revenue targets.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with warmth around children and families.
• Comfortable with CRM tools, data entry, and reporting (Salesforce a plus).

Responsibilities

• Own the full inquiry-to-enrollment pipeline across channels.
• Conduct facility tours tailored to each family’s needs and age.
• Schedule, confirm, and follow up on introductory classes to maximize conversion.
• Close enrollments with confidence and value, with minimal pressure.
• Manage and track all leads in Salesforce with consistent follow‑ups.
• Hit and exceed monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
• Train and coach front desk staff on hospitality standards and enrollment techniques.
• Report weekly on enrollment pipeline and member satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate membership records and billing in the system.
