Qualifications

• Experience as a gymnast preferred.
• Ability to create lesson plans and adapt to multiple age groups and skill levels.
• Commitment to a safe, positive environment for kids.
• Experience coaching in other sports is a plus if transferable.

Responsibilities

• Teach progressive gymnastics classes in Preschool, Recreational, Trampoline & Tumbling.
• Create lesson plans aligned with the skill chart per level.
• Maintain attendance consistency for scheduled classes.
• Track skill development and communicate with parents about progress.
• Participate in paid training opportunities such as SGA University courses and USA Gymnastics clinics.
• Assist with light cleaning duties to keep the gyms ready for the next round of classes.
