Job summary

Voices of Our City Choir is seeking a Member Services Program Manager to oversee the organization's Member Services program in San Diego, CA. This full-time, non-exempt role bridges direct services with creative community programming to support members' goals and wellbeing.

You'll lead intake, referrals, case management, and trauma-informed service delivery, build relationships with members, and coordinate with the Creative Director to align services with VOICES programming.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in social services or related field.
• 3+ years in case management or nonprofit program management.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and strengths-based practices.
• Experience with diverse and underserved populations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across service, creative, and community teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Member Services program.
• Oversee intake, referrals, and ongoing case management services.
• Ensure services are trauma-informed, strengths-based, and culturally responsive.
• Maintain accurate case notes, service records, and outcomes data.
• Monitor program effectiveness and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Build relationships with members and provide individualized support.
• Connect members to community resources and assist with navigating systems.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director to align services with VOICES programming.
• Track outcomes, assist with reporting, and support evaluation.
