Job summary

North County Lifeline seeks a Program Manager for the SHINE program in San Diego, overseeing clinical staff and ensuring contract compliance. The role provides clinical supervision to trainees and licensed staff, with a focus on FFT implementation and trauma-informed, client-centered care.

The candidate will lead staff, coordinate trainings, and maintain quality assurance, while ensuring multi-agency collaboration and data reporting across systems.

Qualifications

• MA degree in social work, counseling, or psychology is required.
• Must be licensed or license-eligible by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC).
• Ability to make sound clinical decisions and supervise clinicians and interns.
• Experience implementing Functional Family Therapy (FFT) preferred OR willingness to be trained and manage caseload.
• Bilingual/bicultural desired.

Responsibilities

• Assures high quality counseling and psychotherapy services with proper documentation.
• Provides clinical and administrative supervision to trainees, interns, and licensed staff.
• Assists with recruitment, hiring, training and scheduling of clinicians and staff.
• Designs and supervises behavior analytic interventions and FFT-related methods.
• Coordinates FFT adherence and site competence within the program.
• Collaborates with Juvenile Court/Probation and law enforcement per FFT program.
