Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a dedicated Member Services professional to support growth, service goals, and profitability within a branch. You will assist members and insureds, handle memberships and insurance inquiries, and drive cross-sell opportunities while ensuring accuracy in policy documentation and compliance with Notary procedures.

The role requires strong customer service, data entry, and familiarity with club systems.

Qualifications

• High School GED required.
• 4-6 years Branch member sales, service & operations or related experience preferred.
• Notary Public - National Notary Association Required.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License, valid in selling state - Issued by State Required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in data entry and common office software.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service to members and existing insureds.
• Provide service and information to members regarding memberships and insurance.
• Maintain and update member information in POS.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities based on members' product needs and service.
• Enhance member relationship by diversifying use of products and services.
• Provide leads to insurance, travel and other departments as appropriate.
• Meet cross sell goals.
• Sell memberships and assist in the sale of insurance to prospective insureds.
• Verify insurance coverage for lien holders and leasing companies.
• Provide binders as requested.
• Process payments for membership, bookstore, insurance and travel products.
• Upgrade basic memberships to higher value memberships (AAA+ or Premier).
• Balance cash drawer.
• Notary transactions for members per procedures.
