Job summary

AAA Oregon/Idaho is seeking a joyful customer service-minded individual to join our Coos Bay team. Based in our Coos Bay Service Center, the Member Service and Insurance Representative greets AAA members and assists with a variety of services in the travel store including sales, cashiering, merchandising, membership, and financial services.

Starting pay is $22.00–$24.00 per hour, with health/vision/dental plans, time off, disability/life insurance, and a 9% total employer 401(k) contribution.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or cashiering experience is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with responsiveness.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet AAA members and assist with services in the travel store.
• Engage in sales, cashiering, merchandising, membership and financial services.
• Promote insurance and travel agents and pursue opportunities to serve members.
• Maintain a positive disposition in all member interactions.
