Job summary

Walmart’s Sam’s Club in Wausau, WI is seeking team members to deliver friendly member service, operate the checkout area, and resolve customer issues. You’ll assist with payments, returns, refunds, exchanges, and guide customers on self-service tools while promoting club products and services.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment (for example, cash register).
• Working with mobile retail applications.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service and processes member purchases and payments.
• Maintains checkout areas and assists with returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Promotes Sam’s Club products and services and supports self-service technology.
• Maintains merchandise zones, locates items, and assists with shopping decisions.
• Follows safety, security, and company policies; participates in safety sweeps.
• Delivers training and rollout of new programs to frontline associates.
• Ensures a clean, safe shopping environment and proper documentation.
