Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support certification (employer-funded if needed).
• Outstanding customer service skills and related work experience.
• Proficiency using membership management or similar software preferred.
• Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
• Clear and concise communication, both verbally and in writing.
• Maintains professional work conduct and follows instructions.
• Experience working with a diverse student population and campus community.
• Ability to operate a computer and office software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of customer service, greeting patrons warmly.
• Use membership management software to manage memberships, registrations, POS, and passes.
• Provide information about memberships, ASI programs, and BRIC amenities, including tours.
• Maintain cash drawer, count cash, record sales, and make change.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with ASI programs and services implementation.
• Enforce BRIC rules and safety guidelines.
• Provide emergency care until EMS arrival when required.
