Job summary

Credit Union of Southern California is seeking a Member Service Officer I, Floater to support the Retail Support Team across the Orange County zone, including Anaheim Promenade branch. This role provides financial advisory support and coverage as needed.

The coordinator will assist with memberships, loans, teller duties, and customer service while maintaining branch operations standards. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; driving and CA license are preferred for branch coverage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months cash handling experience in retail/service.
• 1+ year of member/customer service.
• Familiar with Symitar or other banking systems.

Responsibilities

• Process new memberships and accounts; verify member information.
• Process consumer loan applications and relay loan decisions.
• Develop relationships by matching member needs with savings and lending products.
• Handle member inquiries and resolve issues on accounts.
• Assist with basic teller duties and card services as needed.
• Adhere to credit union policies and service standards.
